Does ORDO replace my current management software?

No — ORDO is complementary. Your notarial management software (ParaMaître, Procardex, etc.) stays your deed and billing repository. ORDO grafts on top to orchestrate what these tools don't do: team task tracking, productivity, SMS/email reminders, case messaging, real-time KPIs.

Do you integrate with ParaMaître?

Yes — via their API, ORDO can read your clients and existing cases from ParaMaître in real time. No more double entry. Talk to your ORDO rep for technical details and to activate the integration (may require an API license on the Avancie side).

Where is my data stored?

In Canada, on dedicated infrastructure. Each office (« business ») has its own isolated data — the neighboring office has zero access. SMS two-factor authentication is enabled by default for all accounts.

How long does setup take?

No install: ORDO is web SaaS. We create your office, configure your logo, deed types, and employees — and you start the same day. Migrating existing templates or history: 1 to 3 hours with our team.

What if a teammate isn't tech-savvy?

ORDO was designed to read at first glance: a board of my tasks, a big « start » button, a big « stop » button. No buried menus. Most users are productive in under an hour. Initial team training is included in Office and Firm plans.

Will my employees feel surveilled?

No — ORDO measures productivity per task and deed type, not pauses or movement. Time tracking is explicit (employees start/stop themselves), no background tracking. The goal: objectify budgets, identify saturations, adjust estimates — not police coffee breaks.

How do SMS and email reminders work?

ORDO automatically sends: task reminders nearing due date, appointment reminders before they start, validation alerts, refused-task emails (with red-flag priority). Configurable per office and per role. You only pay for SMS/email actually sent, at cost (no hidden markup).
